If landlords do not comply with the rules, you can report it to the Meldpunt Goed Verhuurderschap Boxtel with the request to assess the content of your report.
Landlords can also register for informative questions about the Good Landlordship Act.
It is possible that after a thorough investigation it turns out that your question is not directly related to the Good Landlordship Act. In that case, we will refer you to other agencies in the region that may be able to support you better, including:
- another department of the Municipality of Sint-Michielsgestel,
- the anti-discrimination point RADAR,
- the social work organization and general legal advice of ContourdeTwern, or
- onafhankelijke cliëntondersteuning van MEE.
